At the Helix Centre, we use design to develop healthcare solutions that have a positive impact on people's lives.

We're looking for stroke survivors and their carers to learn about their experiences with rehabilitation. We hope that with your help we will be able to co-design a new rehabilitation system that takes into account your point of view, potentially benefiting the stroke community worldwide.
This survey will take you about 10 minutes to complete, we really appreciate your help. To earn a chance to win a £20 Amazon voucher please leave us your email address at the end of the survey.
